¿Puedo realizar los pedidos por teléfono?

Sin ningún problema Ud. puede realizar sus pedidos por teléfono, en horario de oficina, donde le atenderemos con la mejor disposición posible.

¿Con qué métodos puedo pagar mi pedido?

Puede realizar el pago de su pedido mediante tarjeta de crédito, (Visa o MasterCard / Maestro), o bien mediante transferencia bancaria a la cuenta corriente IBAN: ES10 2100 2133 9502 0025 5299.

When will I receive my order?

Once you have placed your order you will receive e-mail notification when it is dispatched; within the Iberian Peninsula your order will be delivered within 24-48 hours; on the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, between 48-72 hours. For the rest of the EU; 4-6 days. Orders will be dispatched through transport agency SEUR.

What happens if the order is not received in good condition?

All efforts are made to ensure that products reach our customers in perfect condition and are not damaged during the logistics process. Practically 100% of all Navarretinto orders reach their recipients in perfect condition. However, if you receive an order that is damaged in any way or not in good condition, please communicate with us so that it can be immediately withdrawn and replaced, or refunded should you so desire.

What do I do if the delivery I have received does not meet my expectations?

If you are not satisfied with the order you have received, we will collect it at no cost and provide the option to replace it with a new option or refund the money.

In the above case and to organise collection of the delivery, please package the product as best as possible and contact Navarretinto, either by e-mail or telephone +34 916 250 228.

Once the merchandise has been received, the company's quality manager will contact you to provide the opportune explanations and agree on replacement with a new product or a refund.
