100% acorn-fed Iberian pork thick-casing chorizo “Pata Negra”
With an exquisite flavour and aroma, its main characteristic is the UMAMI taste; a full buccal-palatal taste, very dominant, long-lasting and with a long history behind it.
It is a natural tripe preserved sausage prepared with 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork membrane and fat, ground and marinated. Contains salt, La Vera paprika, sugars, spices and preservatives (E-250 and E-252). Cased in natural tripe and subject to a drying and maturing process. Final weight approximately 1,200 g.
Allergens: Does not contain lactose. Does not contain gluten. GMO free. Natural inedible tripe.
Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, conserve between 4 and 6ºC and consume within 30 days.
